Symptoms
When trying to edit a local group or a user in the ADSI-interface a blank page is displayed.
Cause
There is an url-encoding problem in the ADSI-interface that prevent extended characters in object names from being passed correctly to the dialogs.
Resolution
This problem has been fixed in Content Studio version 4.5 build 1012. User that experience this problem should use the regular tools for managing local users and groups.

Content Studio has a built in interface that enables you to manage local users and groups on the web server. However this interface is not visible by default but can be enabled by editing the site setting "system.EnableADSIAdmin".
